The last events for this MOPS year are coming up this weekend! First up is the MOPS & POPS Banquet on Friday, May 5, 6-8 pm. If you still need tickets, please contact your table leader ASAP! Childcare drop-off begins at 5:45. Only the adults are being fed a meal, so you’ll need to feed your children before you come. Dress is casual to go with our theme, Camping Under the Stars!
The next morning, Saturday, May 6, is the RACE for the Orphans. This is the culminating event for the service project we’ve been supporting all year. The deadline to register is Thursday, May 4, and you can complete it all online at this link. If you made a MOPS of Newnan shirt at the last meeting, remember to wear it on Saturday!
We’ll take the rest of May off, and then summer activities will begin in June (more to come on that, soon). Regular meetings will resume in September with the new theme, Free Indeed!
